She died after her husband, who died in 1969. Son Leonard, of Lake Charles was still living.

Mrs. C. C. COOLEY
Mrs. C. C. (Maude Kilgore) Cooley of Lake Charles, La., formerly of Marlin, died Wednesday night in Lake Charles.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday in Adams Funeral Chapel. The Rev. A. A. Bratcher officiated. Burial was in Carolina Cemetery near Chilton.
Mrs. Cooley was born in Falls County, the daughter of William F. Kilgore and Janie Womack Kilgore.
She married Charles C. Cooley Sept. 21, 1923 in Chilton.
The couple resided in Chilton for many years prior to moving to Marlin. Mr. Cooley died May 9, 1969.
Mrs. Cooley moved to Lake Charles several years ago to be near her son.
She was a Baptist.
Survivors include one son, Leonard Cooley of Lake Charles.

SET FOR TODAY
CHILTON (SPL) -- Funeral services for C. C. Cooley, 76, will be at 2 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Chapel in Marlin.
Rev. A. A. Bratcher and Rev. Jerry Lemon will officiate. Burial will be in Carolina Cemetery.
Mr. Cooley, a retired carpenter, died at 7 p.m. Friday.
He was born Aug. 17, 1892, in Chilton. He served in World War I and married Miss Maud Kilgore Sept 1, 1923.
He was a member of Chilton Baptist Church and the American Legion.
Survivors are his wife; one son, Leonard Cooley of Lake Charles, La. and three grandchildren.
