match the modal to 37 markers, so does Agerton except in the single
mismatch to Don in panels one and two. If we take the number of third
panel GD's in the first table, subtract those from the second panel then
Don's single GD in the third panel, we're left with the mutations in the
above five positions. Thus, Don's (and the modal's) value at those
positions are Agerton's. Below is the third panel. One of the grey
positions will have a GD of 1, a deletion or insertion.
- No GD's to Agerton are reported for Cochran.
- Whitfield also matches the CF01 modal to 37 matches. Therefore, the
conclusion would be the same for him.
- Although we know the Starie genotype, we don't have access to his
