HHS has a cemetery book, lists Cooley Cem., John and Thomas KIRKLAND,
and "members of the COOLEY and PHILLIPS families".

The stones are gone and the land is under cultivation.

They have a book/box/shelf of COOLEY papers.

Having them research the families would cost $15/hr.

DIY for non-members costs $5/day library fee
