yes this is the census I found that makes me think this could be the parents of Lillian Cooley

then is it possible that Calvin died young and Kate Cooley remarried a William Smith to have a daughter named Jessie living with Lillian and her husband Charles Meek

Arkansas, County Marriages Index, 1837-1957 about Kate Cooley
Name: Kate Cooley
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Spouse's Name: William Smith
Spouse's Gender: Male
Spouse's Residence: Garland, Arkansas
Marriage License Date: May 1886
Marriage county: Garland
Event Type: Marriage License (Marriage)
FHL Film Number: 1012704

Marriage Record - Choctaw Nation Marriages, Groom Index
Meek, Charles 25, Cooley Lillian 18, married 10 Jan 1897 Coalgate (Mc7A211)

1900 Census - Coalgate, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory

Florence Daughter Apr 1900, 1/12, born Indian Territory.

at some time here supposedly about 1915-1916 Lillian Cooley Meek was killed in a accident where a tree fell on her and killed her.

And Laura born 24 Apr 1913 in either Oklahoma or Arkansas. 1920 census says born in Oklahoma.

The two are also found, along with Joseph Whitney and Wad. H. Whitney
and over 300 names in the
Petition to the President by Inhabitants of the Howard Land District,
Louisiana-Missouri Territory,
to Replace Henry Carroll as Land Register 14 Sep. 1819 (Charges of
Graft and Corruption)

He is again listed as Cooley Whitney.
