New ftdna prices

Note that FTDNA has lowered the price for some of their tests, including
Family Finder...

But note also that they boosted the price for the Relative Finder
Transfer. I had saved money by buying at 23andme then transferring to
ftdna.com. That would no longer be the case, I've also noticed that the
reason my transfer is taking so long is that the reporting format of the
new version of 23andme is incompatible with ftdna's software. FTDNA needs
to rewrite their software. :(

I'm still waiting for the L448 results.
