If any of you live close to an LDS Family History Library you could order
film of wills and administrations. They have film of Howard County, MO 1818
- 1840 and 1848 - 1857. The film number is 1697958, item 10. I think the
charge is about $5 per film (maybe less). This is a great resource. If I
were in better health I would order it myself but I don't know if I could
make it to the local branch library.
