The list discussed Dorothy Cooley extensively a few months ago. The
primary evidence seems to point to her being first married to Cornelius
Cooley and then to Benjamin Kiergan. See my online notes at

The lineages that were drawn during the 1960s-80s are simply wrong on
several points. So much more has come to light since.
