Jacob Cooley of Luzerne county PA

I'm not finding the emails but web searches have helped me remember the
content. The researcher *guesses* that his line came from this Jacob.
There was a Jacob born in PA c1800--possible brother of the researchers
James, born in PA 1790s--whose family went to Ontario. After his marriage
and several births, they went to Michigan. The researcher speculates Jacob
and James were sons of Jacob of Luzerne county, 1810. There's nothing
there to really hook into.

So, *if* Wm H (and possibly James) were still in PA in 1810, and *if* they
were brothers, and *if* the 1810 census is complete *and* accurate, then
*maybe* Wm H was a child of Jacob or A Cooley.
