Some e-mail programs will not show this format. He needs to change. Some
of the older E-mail programs will not show this MIME type. See
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836555 . I am not sure how to solve the
issue other than changing to HTML which most of us use. Now sure how the
server takes part in this.
