Hi Jane,
I don't know. It's a good question for the list. Remember, Lincoln county
broke up into several counties. There were at least three Cooley families,
probably unrelated, in the area at the time: ours, of course; the Jabez
Cooley family who went to Ohio; and the Reuben Cooley family of Jassamine
county.
