Bucklin, Linn Co., MO - married 4 years, no children. Claude's WWI Draft
Registration Card (05 June 1917) lists that he is married with a wife & 2
children.

Claude L. Cooley, San Bernardino Evening Telegram, 2-12-1964, pages B4 and
D10:
A native of Missouri; San Bernardino resident 42 years.
Survivors include wife Irma D., of San Bernardino; a daughter, Mrs. Ivis
Knight of Victorville; a son, Normal L., of Highland; 5 grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren.
Mark B. Shaw Mortuary; Burial: Mt. View Cemetery.
PS I think that the son's name was Norman not Normal
It appears that this Claude was md 3 times:
1) unknown (mother of Norman L Cooley and Ivis M Cooley
2) Anna Johnstone McCord, md 28 Apr 1919 in Randolph County, MO
3) Irma D
Norman L Cooley b 20 Apr 1910 MO, d 10 Nov 1973 San Berdu, CA
Ivis M Cooley Knight b 15 Apr 1915 MO, d 12 Dec 1996 Victorville, San Berdu,
CA
No absolute proof that this is the son of Nimrod but it looks pretty good.
I believe that Nimrod's obit was incorrect in saying that Claude was of
California, MO and that it should have just read California. He is in the
1930 census of Mission, San Berdu, CA, w/wife, Anna and children, Norman and
Ivis.
