The .docx format in MS's latest Word version is very different and isn't
compatible with anything prior to it, such as 2007. You can still save it
as .doc through "File, Save As." But it may be that I'm the only person on
the list with this problem.
I'll have to remember to edit out my sig for future posts. :)
It's six-hour class (three sessions) I'll be teaching this fall. I've
never done anything like it before. On the other hand, I've never before
flown clear across the country to give a presentation!
