Michael, The records themselves don't show any gaps that I could see.
What I noticed most was the lack of COOLEY records. The ones we want
most are here in Frankfort (stuck in a motel for the weekend - what to
do...) and I'll go after those Monday. (Laundry?) Looks to me as if
the COOLEY connection was John alone with his family. WHITEs and
KIRKLANDs were prominent families if judged by numbers or by entries in
the land records and marriages. I hope the records here will flesh out
the COOLEY side.
The minor updates, by the way, were the pictures I added. I've done
this picture thing before but something must have changed in the way the
net is interpreting the markup language because I've been having
problems placing the pics individually. What I have there now is
multicell tables. Seems the only way to get them to stay where I put
them. I'll have to go back to my genealogy website & see if it's
behaving differently.
Michael, I'm sending you another private msg - there are ladies reading
this one...
