I can find no mention of Hanover, England. There are a number of streets
named Hanover, which isn't surprising, considering England had been ruled
by the House of Hanover. I see there is a Hanover Square in Mayfair,
London. It could have been a small community in London or somewhere else
that was absorbed by another town.
