This License authorizes any Judge of a Court of Record, or Justice of the
Peace, or any licensed or ordained Preacher of the Gospel, who is a citizen
of the United States to solemnize Marriage between William R. Cooley of Enid
in the County of Morgan and State of MO who is over the age of twentyone
years, and Josie Garrison of Childers in the County of Hickory and State of
MO who is under the age of eighteen years, U.V. and L.A. Garrison the
parents of the said Josie Garrison give their consent to this marriage.
   WITNESS MY HAND, as Circuit Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Deeds, with
the Seal of office hereto affixed at my office in Morgan, this 22nd day of
November 1901.
