Here is his will-- 9th November 1925
LaPlata, Macon county
First, All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be duly paid.
Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Jannie Cooley ($1.00) one and
no/100 dollars. To my children Edward Cooley, Cora Bates and Ora Beall ($1.00)
one and no/100 dollars earch.'
The balance of my property both real and personal to be divided equally between
my children, Jesse Wilson Cooley, Flossie Cooley and Ruth Cooley.
Third, I nominate and appoint Geo. M Barnett to be the executor of this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
Real estate described on 11 Apr 1928
3 room residence on Lot two (2), Block Three (3), Railroad Addition to the City
of LaPlata, Macon County, MO. Appraised:$250.00

Ora Beall, daughter, LaPlata, MAcon County, MO
Ed Cooley, son, La Plata, Macon County, MO

Flossie Cooley, daughter, Minor, Hutchinson County, Kansa
Ruth Cooley, Minor, Hutchinson County Kansas

I haven't got much more than that. There is NO obit in the Mears books for this
Charles. I have his wife as Lucy Billings and children, Ora Mae, Cora Ethel and
Ed.
