William Cooley, son of John, (Joseph, John, Sr). lived in Adair Co., for
several years prior to the Civil war. Then he lived in Howard and last in
Randolph Co.Those could be owners of some of the property you have no name
for.
John Cooley, son of Joseph(John Sr.) lived in Randolph Co. in 1844 when he
was murdered near the Salt mines. I don't know if that is the property you
have described.
