It looks like the Macon Coleby is the same as the Linn county Colby, because if you look at the census the children have the same names, though he apparently remarries.

Something C Cooleys we were discussing. I've just noticed that there was a
Coleby family in Macon. I'd noticed this guy before but, because he was in
Macon, assumed someone had him attached to their tree somewhere.
