Perhaps what Frank was to receive was her "Bolster _?_". I'm not sure
what the second word is, could it be pillow with the last part of the
word worn or torn off? Perhaps Reuben is to "keep plenty doo [meaning
due] him". It doesn't make a lot of sense, but that is the best I could
come up with.
