To my knowledge, there are no such testers.
I spent considerable time researching the Jacobite connection but could
find nothing. It doesn't mean that there was no connection, it just seems
not to be documented. We know, however, that there were several Cooleys
who came to America as prisoners.
The encouraging aspect to this is that we have found a British Cooley
R1a1a. I'm sure more is to come. :)
